COBRA Subsidy Provisions
On Dec. 19, President Obama signed the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2010 (2010 DOD Act) which included an amendment of the COBRA subsidy provisions of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).
