A PEO/HRO, or professional employer organization, is a company that provides HR-related services to clients through a business arrangement known as co-employment. Under this arrangement, Employer Flexible HR assumes or shares many of the responsibilities of being an employer. Co-employment is the contractual arrangement between the client and the PEO/HRO that allows the PEO/HRO to provide a full range of services and to transfer or share many employers liabilities.
