Modern Integrations and Expanded Functionality Support Growing Needs of Businesses 

HOUSTON, Texas (July 23, 2025) – Employer Flexible, a leading provider of human resource solutions, today announced they have begun the release of their completely overhauled myHR technology. This re-engineered platform will equip employers operating under their Professional Employer Organization (PEO) model with impactful new tools and resources to make more effective, data-based decisions about their company, employees, and overall operational success. 

“We have always aimed to be a leader in our product and service platform for the PEO industry,” said CEO of Employer Flexible Michael Hopkins. “To have more control of our future, we chose to purchase the most recent source code from our longstanding partner ThinkWare. We then used our internal engineering and development teams to add additional features to that framework that enhance how we support our clients. This means myHR 2.0 is not anchored to old technology, which has both clients and employees excited about the future-forward opportunities this creates.” 

myHR 2.0 boasts a familiar but refreshed user interface that was designed based on feedback from Employer Flexible’s small to mid-sized clients. This helped them prioritize functionality that has the greatest impact – such as integrations with the key industry timeclocks and advanced reporting features that make it easy for business owners to dynamically access detailed information in a secure environment when and where they need it. myHR also keeps employers connected to their workforce by syncing with Employer Flexible’s recently released myMobile App for employees. 

“One of the most significant components in myHR 2.0 is our controls and variances feature,” said George Lendvai, Employer Flexible’s VP of Technology. “This functionality applies custom levels of quality assurance with alerts to ensure the integrity and accuracy of every payroll processed. We are the first provider to bring this unique feature to the HR technology space.” 

myHR 2.0 will be available to Employer Flexible’s new PEO clients on October 1, 2025. It has already been rolled out to some of their existing clients in phases and will continue over the next three months. This cadence enables Employer Flexible’s service team to give clients the highest level of training and support as they transition to the new system.
