Employer Flexible Appoints Wallace Chase as Chief Operating Officer to Strengthen Service Delivery and Client Experience
Veteran HR and PEO Leader to Align Service Teams and Technology for Stronger Client Outcomes
Houston, Texas (February 5, 2026) –– Employer Flexible, a relationship-driven HR outsourcing partner for small and mid-sized businesses, today announced the appointment of Wallace Chase as Chief Operating Officer, effective February 9, 2026. Chase will be based at Employer Flexible’s corporate headquarters in Houston.
In this role, Chase will oversee the Client Success, Employee Care, and Internal and External Consulting teams, working across the organization to streamline service delivery and further elevate the client experience. He will also partner closely with Employer Flexible’s technology leadership to drive additional value for clients through the company’s myHR platform.
Chase brings 24 years of HR and PEO experience to Employer Flexible. Most recently, he served as Managing Director and Head of Strategy & Development at MyKrill, where he led large-scale growth and transformation initiatives. Prior to that, he spent 14 years at ADP in senior leadership roles, including Senior Director of Sales Operations and Retention and Regional Vice President of Sales, with a strong focus on building scalable, client-centric sales and service models.

As Chief Operating Officer, Chase will focus on building sustainable frameworks and high-performing teams that support Employer Flexible’s commitment to small and mid-sized employers in Texas, Oklahoma, Montana, and Alabama. His mandate includes improving coordination across service-centered departments, strengthening processes for both clients and internal teams, and increasing client satisfaction and retention.
