Employer Flexible Completes 18‑Month Migration of More Than 600 Clients to Its myHR Platform
Milestone unifies teams on one modern system and gives clients a simpler, more consistent HR experience
Houston, Texas (October 27, 2026) – Employer Flexible, a relationship‑driven HR outsourcing partner for small and mid-sized businesses, today announced the successful completion of an 18‑month migration that moved more than 600 clients, representing nearly 15,000 employees, from four separate HR systems onto its proprietary myHR platform.
The initiative, led by Employer Flexible’s Center of Excellence team, brings every client and internal team member onto one system designed to simplify service, improve consistency, and create a better everyday experience for employers and their employees.

The migration was carefully phased over 18 months to minimize disruption, with dedicated schedules, communication plans, and support resources for each client. While the process included the expected hurdles of moving complex HR, payroll, and benefits data, Employer Flexible emphasized proactive planning and constant collaboration with client teams at every step.

Security: A reliable, secure platform anchored in private, encapsulated environments on Microsoft Azure.
