Seasoned People Champion Promoted to Lead Strategic HR Consulting and Client Experience
HOUSTON, Texas (October 1, 2025) – Employer Flexible, a leading provider of human resource solutions and technology, today announced the promotion of Tina Gutierrez to Vice President of Client Consulting. Gutierrez brings more than 25 years of expertise in human capital transformation, leadership development, and client-focused HR strategy to the executive leadership team.

Since joining Employer Flexible in 2013, Gutierrez has held a range of pivotal roles, including HR Consultant, Consultant Team Leader, and most recently, Director of Employee Experience. She has worked closely with the executive team to shape Employer Flexible’s internal culture, build strong HR training and leadership initiatives, and accelerate the development of both employees and clients. In her new role as Vice President of Client Consulting, she will oversee a team of HR leaders serving Employer Flexible’s growing client base across Texas, Oklahoma, Montana, and Alabama.

Gutierrez holds a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word and is driven by her passion to cultivate strong, people-focused workplaces and foster meaningful partnerships across the HR industry.
