Veteran Operations Leader Steps Up to Drive Strategic Growth and Client Experience

HOUSTON, Texas (October 1, 2025) – Employer Flexible, a leading provider of human resource solutions and technology, is pleased to announce the promotion of Wade Vielock to Vice President of Operations. With more than 25 years of experience in the PEO and HR services industry, Vielock will oversee the company’s operational performance, driving service delivery, process improvement, and seamless client experience across its multi-state footprint.

Since joining Employer Flexible in 2010, Vielock has led teams responsible for payroll, employee benefits, client onboarding, and HR operations, building a culture of impact and accountability. Previously holding strategic roles in sales and market expansion, he has been a key contributor in the company’s scalable growth, helping clients of all sizes thrive with locally rooted and right-sized HR solutions.

As Vice President of Operations, Vielock will oversee payroll, client onboarding, HR operations, product management, time and attendance, and retirement services. His focus will be on operational discipline and simplification, supporting company-wide performance goals and delivering consistently exceptional experiences to Employer Flexible’s 700+ clients and 135 employees.
