We’re excited to welcome Wallace Chase as Chief Operating Officer at Employer Flexible.
Wallace brings 24 years of HR and PEO experience, including senior leadership roles at MyKrill and ADP, where he focused on building scalable, client-centric sales, service, and operations models.
In his new role, Wallace will:
- Lead our Client Success, Employee Care, and Internal and External Consulting teams
- Partner closely with our technology group to deliver even more value through myHR
- Strengthen the systems and frameworks that support our commitment to small and mid-sized employers in Texas, Oklahoma, Montana, and Alabama
