In 2011, after serving more than 20 years as an HR executive in high tech, consulting, financial services and manufacturing, John Seybold joined Employer Flexible, marking his entrance into the PEO industry.

John leads a staff dedicated to helping business owners and leaders by taking HR administrative duties off their plates so they can focus on growing their businesses. Making the most of Employer Flexible’s leading-edge PEO platform, John helps these leaders create capacity, improve buying power, manage risk and improve compliance. He has built a reputation for implementing solutions effectively and under budget, consistently exceeding growth expectations in the San Antonio market.

Prior to joining the firm, John led large HR teams responsible for global compensation and executive leadership programs at Rackspace and USAA.

John holds various senior-level HR certifications and is a certified compensation professional.

With a keen understanding of human resources’ complexities and a passion for fostering business growth, Houston Market Manager Jennifer Davis plays a pivotal role in helping Houston-area businesses thrive by developing strong relationships based on their specific challenges and tailoring PEO solutions that drive success.

A Houston native herself, she has built her career in the area while raising a family of three with her husband. Jennifer is a Sam Houston State University graduate with a bachelor’s in psychology and holds a license from the Texas Department of Insurance. Beyond her career, Jennifer revels in the great outdoors, drawing joy from her 22-acre farm in Brenham, Texas, where she is active in youth-oriented community initiatives.

Her commitment to local business is further reflected in her participation in industry events and organizations like Vistage and the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, alongside generous time donated to nonprofit endeavors.
