Joe Daniel
Birmingham Market Manager
Joe Daniel has more than three decades of experience collaborating with business owners in the areas of group benefits and personnel administration. He joined Employer Flexible in Houston in 2023 as the result of a merger with STREAMLINE CXO, a professional employer organization he founded in 2011. This strategic alliance enabled Texas-based Employer Flexible to expand its reach, providing advanced tools and technology to small business clients throughout Alabama. Joe previously served as vice president and director of sales and marketing for Better Business Solutions of Alabama, a locally owned PEO. Prior to that, he was vice president and trust officer in AmSouth Bank’s Retirement Plan Services division.
A University of Alabama graduate, Joe is a stalwart community member in Birmingham, serving in various leadership capacities. He participates in the Monday Morning Quarterback Club, the Birmingham Bowl's Business Development committee and attends Dawson Church with his family.
