Michael Hopkins
Chief Executive Officer
Chief Executive Officer Michael Hopkins is also one of the firm’s three founders. Fueled by his passion for entrepreunurial small to medium sized businesses, Michael has embraced the opportunity to engage at various levels of the organization since its inception in 2003. This foundational experience proved invaluable, allowing him to help shape this professional employer organization (PEO) to fit the unique needs of emerging-growth company clients. He has also played a key role in cultivating a corporate culture focused on mutual respect, creativity and conscientious service.
Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Houston–Downtown. He is a current member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations and is actively involved in the Texas business community.

George Lendvai
Vice President of Technology
Since joining Employer Flexible in 2010, George Lendvai has shared his two-plus decades of expertise in technology and business process improvement to great effect. He began his tenure as director of HR technology and climbed the ranks to become the vice president of operations and now, vice president of technology. Each of his professional advances has been marked by significant advancements in operational efficiencies and technological innovations, particularly in software as a service (SaaS) and data analysis.
Driven by a passion for integrating technology with business strategy, George spearheaded PEO software and HR technology solutions and played a pivotal role in designing and implementing powerful solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.

Wade Vielock
Vice President of Client Operations
Wade is a seasoned human resources professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in the PEO industry. Serving as the vice president of client operations at Employer Flexible since 2010, Wade directs a high-performing team that delivers exceptional services to small and midsized businesses.
Over the course of his career, Wade’s operational expertise has played a crucial role in the success and growth of the organizations he has overseen. Prior to joining Employer Flexible, he served as the regional vice president of client services at Gevity, where he led successful operations across five states, opening new offices and ensuring effective client support.
Wade's deep-rooted commitment to excellence is reflected in his strategic vision of fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Aaron Pratt
Vice President of Benefits
Aaron Pratt joined Employer Flexible in September 2022. He has been a leader in the employee benefits field in Texas for 25 years, focusing more specifically on related PEOs for the last 13 years.
Aaron’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish his own employee benefits agency in 2000. Nine successful years later, a large Texas-based bank acquired the firm. Aaron served as a senior vice president in the bank’s insurance division before coming to Employer Flexible.
As a former business owner, Aaron has a special talent for helping small businesses that much of the market often ignores. He loves sharing his knowledge and is particularly adept at making seemingly complex subjects simple, offering a tremendous advantage in the famously complicated employee benefits arena.
Married and with three adult children and two grandchildren, Aaron is an avid golfer and tennis and pickleball player.

Alice McDonald
Vice President of Sales
Alice McDonald joined Employer Flexible in June 2025 as Vice President of Sales, bringing more than 25 years of Human Capital Management experience in the SMB space.
Before joining Employer Flexible, Alice served as Senior Vice President of Sales at iSolved, a leading HCM technology provider, and held leadership roles at Oasis PEO and Paychex. Her track record in sales strategy, team development, and business growth makes her a key asset as we expand across Texas, Oklahoma, Montana, and Alabama.
Alice is known for her ability to lead high-performing sales teams and her deep understanding of PEO solutions. She’s passionate about helping businesses grow through personalized, people-first support.
A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, Alice is excited to help shape the future of Employer Flexible’s growth with a strong focus on relationships, results, and market expansion.

Chris Money
Director of Channel Management
Chris Money joined Employer Flexible in October 2024 as Director of Channel Management. With over 20 years of experience in Human Capital Management, Chris brings a strong background in sales, marketing, and HR, along with a deep focus on channel development in the SMB space.
Before joining Employer Flexible, Chris co-founded and served as Managing Director of Prosper Retirement, a cloud-based 401(k) recordkeeping and advisory firm. There, he specialized in building strategic partnerships with payroll providers and channel partners, creating integrated solutions that delivered value across the board.
Chris is recognized for his collaborative mindset and relationship-driven approach. At Employer Flexible, he focuses on strengthening current broker and referral partnerships while identifying new opportunities to expand the company’s presence in Texas, Oklahoma, Montana, and Alabama.
He’s passionate about helping partners navigate challenges, simplify HR complexity, and unlock new ways to support their clients through trusted solutions and open dialogue.

Tina Gutierrez
Director of Employee Experience
Native San Antonian Tina Gutierrez brings a wealth of experience and a passion for people-centered initiatives to her work as the director of employee experience.
Tina’s 25-year history in human resources encompasses roles as a culture curator, leadership coach, engagement consultant and HR advisor. Her commitment to understand and enhance workplace dynamics has inspired her to earn DiSC, SPHR and SPHR-SPC certifications, underscoring her relentless pursuit of excellence and her desire to nurture an inclusive, progressive workplace.
With a master's degree from the University of the Incarnate Word, Tina is also the proud mother of three. She credits her 27-year journey with her husband, Ernest, as an enduring source of support and inspiration.
